So what did I resort to? I browsed through HQ out of boredom. And may bagong kababalagahan... I have a new APPR manager!
What the heck! How did that happen? There wasn't any advice. Crap! I cannot update or edit my objectives anymore! I aligned what I wrote earlier based on the what I have discussed with my "supposed" APPR manager.
Whatever talaga!
