Isang Katanungan

Is he a girl?

On Defeats and Another Blooper

After all the hassle we've been through we LOST! We played well at the start but things went out of control during the latter part. It was their press, the lame none calls and most especially our kamalasan.

... the deliberate foul
... the missed bank shots
... my pain in the ass foul

I really really despise the "organizer". Imagine he even had the guts to invite us to this league that he will organize by November. Hello!?! You think after all the delays we've been through each and every game, the lame/bad calls, the open rough and no corner court and stuff we would still play? There was this time that my teammate was talking to him and he neglected her and talked to my other teammate. It was super obvious kasi that he was at fault but then again he wouldn't admit it. Yun yung nakakainis e.

So anyway, yeah. We lost. But it was a good experience for each and everyone of us. Imagine us battling in those circumstances. If the coach of the current team knew what we went through... patay patay... :)

On the blooper...
The friend of two of my teammates invited us to this suprise thingie at her place. I heard that it was her birthday. So after we ate, we headed to the house of the celebrant. I even greeted her "Happy birthday"! There was even this card in circulation.. and I wrote happy birthday ek ek. I didn't bother to read whatever others wrote anymore.

Guess what?

After three days... I found out that...it wasn't her birthday! Huwow! Great! Naloko ako dun! It was her capping ek ek. Aba, how should I know. Hehe.

Stupidity has hit me again.

Natamaan ata ako dito...

"Programmers are procrastinators. Get in, get some coffee, check the mailbox, read the RSS feeds, read the news, check out latest articles on techie websites, browse through political discussions on the designated sections of the programming forums. Rinse and repeat to make sure nothing is missed.

Go to lunch. Come back, stare at the IDE for a few minutes. Check the mailbox. Get some coffee. Before you know it, the day is over."

Stalling

Is it just me
or is time actually slowing down?
It's only 2:30.

In any case, that's a good thing, right?
More time to get things done.

But what am I doing?

Haha.
