On Small Talk

Have you ever tried to start a conversation with someone you have not spoken to in a long while? Then you notice that they do not make any effort to participate in the small talk. Suddenly it hits you. You realize that things are not the same. Things have changed and it would probably be better to let go. People come and go... Even the ones you thought you have shared noteworthy experiences. It is sad but change is the only constant thing.
